In life, we can either let our experiences make us bitter, or we can channel that feeling towards being a good example in order to improve things.

The tunnel

Wrote this poem somewhere and then thought about putting it here.

For those who feel trapped by worry or stress.

The Tunnel

They were walking
Through a dark tunnel
With just a faint flashlight
In their hand.

Looking for the exit,
They kept going and going.
But the tunnel
Appeared endless.
Worry fell on them.
Is there an exit?

Their quest continued.
And still no exit.
They thought about
Giving up but knew however
That they must keep going.
And so they kept going.

Finally, a light shone
From afar and lit up their hope.
As they came closer,
It became brighter.

Beautiful may the chanukah lights continue to light up your tunnel until it is completely light.
