In life, we can either let our experiences make us bitter, or we can channel that feeling towards being a good example in order to improve things.

Shana Tova

Every year during this time, we do some reflecting and make goals for the new year. Sometimes though, we start forgetting about it after the holidays are over, leaving our goals on the side. So what do we do? The thing is to ask ourself how important it is to us. And when we realize how important it is, that helps us to focus more because it's not on the side anymore but part of us. Our mind is set on accomplishing it and the distractions are not as tempting as they use to be because now we realize that this is way more important than that. - What if we tried really hard and we still didn't accomplish what we wanted? That's okay, because what matters is that we try and keep trying. Have a great year everyone.
