In life, we can either let our experiences make us bitter, or we can channel that feeling towards being a good example in order to improve things.

Nice after all

Like I said before, it was raining on monday. But in the evening it stopped. And later that night, it started again and continued on in the morning and then finally stopped. Tuesday and Wednesday were nice, thank G-d. Kind of cloudy but otherwise okay.

Anyway, my younger brother and his fiance were here, plus his fiance's sister and brother in-law. It was really nice seeing them. For the meals they went to other's first, then came to us on Tuesday night, and someone else for Wednesday lunch. They have a good sense of humor which made things more interesting.

On Wednesday, I went to see some friends. Then I went with them to visit their grandfather at the retirement home and we sat and spoke to him and others for awhile. After that, we went back to my friend's house and I saw someone there who I'm haven't seen in long time because now she lives Monsey. It was so nice to see her again.

question people: Are you sad or, lulei demistafina, happy when it rains and you don't have to sit in the sukkah?

Honestly, I don't mind either way. But it's a nice change to sit in the sukka.

That's the beauty of Yom Tov, the family get-togethers!

Real-you're brave, I take rain as a sign I can eat in the comfort of my dining room.
